Below are some common questions and answers regarding the registration and logging into the new My LymphConnect platform:

  • Why can’t I log in to My LymphConnect?

    As we have switched to an entirely new platform, you now need to re-register with a new password. You can reactivate your account by re-registering with your existing username and email from the previous platform. If you have any questions or struggles, please get in touch with us.

  • How do I re-register for the My LymphConnect platform as a member of LymphConnect?

    You can re-register as an existing LymphConnect member in a few simple steps. Want to keep your current username? Simply re-register here, using the email address linked to your current LymphConnect account.

  • I didn’t get the verification email after re-registering. What now?

    Be sure to check your spam folder. To make sure our email gets delivered to your inbox please add support@lymphconnect.co.uk to your safe senders list. Having trouble receiving our emails? Get in touch with us.

  • The email address I used for LymphConnect is no longer valid. What should I do now?

    No problem, you can re-register with a different email address. However, if this is the case you will need to choose a new username.

  • I didn’t find the answer to my question about My LymphConnect in this FAQ. Who can I ask?

  • Why can’t I see the posts and messages from the old LymphConnect platform anymore?

Switching to an entirely new platform implies that we can no longer make older posts, discussions and messages available to our users. But rest assured: your new My LymphConnect community offers improved functionality to share experiences and helpful tips with others better than ever before
